Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of being mentored by renowned figures such as the legendary Sir Bobby Robson, further enhancing his understanding of the game.

In addition to his coaching expertise, Ged has accumulated over 15 years of experience as a professional football scout. This valuable background enables him to create coaching and Scouting Courses of the highest calibre. Notably, he has previously served as a First-Team Domestic and European scout for Premier League Club West Ham United and has held the esteemed position of Chief Scout at two Football League clubs and of the Malawi National team during the 2022 AFRICAN CUP OF NATIONS.
